I see all the mods, and I know as soon as I buy one, they will release V2.
Any word on a projected release date?

I feel the same way, if I build one they will just come out with a brushless setup so I will wait. I would like to know also.

and the blonde said "RECTUM, Hell damn near killed em!!"

Hey
If you want to improve your flying without much risk then don't wait, buy one now and I promise you will say why did I wait. If your an advanced pilot wait but it could be a long time.

The mCPX is a game changer! Get one!

Whatever the new aircraft is in those Horizon "secret" videos, if it's not a mCPX v2, then I would say go for it since those videos seem to be the latest and greatest of whatever Horizon has up it's sleeve.

I had not enjoyed my mCPx too much until I upgraded the tail, and now I'm like "WOW! I want more".

This seems to be a nice upgrade brushless board:

Who knows how the FBL command holds on that board. The page doesn't even mention it has it as a feature...

Seems risky.

It's easy to find an excuse to do wrong. Hard is not to find an excuse to do right.

Take it back... It seems it mounts over the main mcpx board?

Now it seems heavy...

Heavy? Maybe. But so is adding two extra brushless ESCs.

Extra weight yes but brushless motors are smaller plus there is electronics there already for the brushed motors which will not be needed so it might balance out. I for one am waiting for the new one.
