Hello, I'm a little confused with my first 120° eCCPM setup.
I have a new T12FG (had 9z before) and a Copter Works AF25B (had raptor 50 before)

This is how I did it:
Center my servos and set up the links as close to 90° I can.
Set model to Heli and select HR3 (120°) swash plate, reverse servos ch 2 and ch 3.
Set up all the links and Sub-trim until horns connecting to swash plate are exactly even and 90°
Set the links from the horns to the swash plate to equal length so that the washout is even.
Adjust the links from seesaw to blade grip so that pitch is as desired.

Here comes my "problem":

I found the Linkage - > Swash menu and don't understand anything. Did I do it wrong? am I supposed to do anything in the Swash menu?

Sounds like you did things right. Let me ask you, in the "Swash Menu" there are 3 items: pitch, elevator & roll? If this is the menu, it is pretty much your final step. The selections in this menu are to adjust the maxium travel for collective pitch, cyclic fore & aft (elevator) and right & left cyclic (roll). You adjust the values to get the desired pitch range and cyclic deflection.

I don't have the 12FG but i do have a 10C and 7C and that is what the swash menu is for. So i would think it would be the same. Hope this helps.

And this menu is also the only way to reverse a function without impacting the others in case you need it. To do it just change the positive value to a negative one
