I recently bought a Logo 400 and am having a issue with melted gears.
When I bought this heli the main gear had seen it's better days.

I ordered a main gear and put it in. Went to fly and after a couple of minutes, the heli loses power. Upon inspection I see that the main gear and the tail drive gear are melted.

Ideas?
