could anyone give me there input on the govenor settings that the trex700 usually tends to like......

what do i look for when setting up the govenor in between flights...cause i have been flying my 700 with the vbar govenor and it seems very choppy on the throttle on tic-tocs and im ussually very smooth, (is it a gain issue) and if it is do i go up or down?

- or could it be the swash gain?????

(i know i have a lot of questions but i know its you guys on RR that could help)
