I'm running RcTimer 750KV motors and getting 15 minutes with a 4400 3s pack with 11 x 4.7 props at 1650 grams weight. (Go Pro Eagletree OSD hanging low!)Do you like the higher KV motors better?

Yes, I like 1000-1200 kv motors. I have some rc-timer 850kv...don't use them. I have some avroto 770kv, haven't used them yet, but have a plan...

Yeah, couple of crashes..just part of the hobby. Cheap crashes though, its a tough set up.

I lost rc. I knew it at the time. I was pushing it too far. 1km out, and over a ridge. Got a little low, trying to herd the deer back to me. ooops. Failsafe kicked in, throttle off, all good. Found the machine after a drive and hike. Rebuilt it that night. Ready for the next mission..

Hi Juz

I realy enjoy your videos, they are great. They have inspired me to get my own FPV setup. I planing on getting the Gaui X500 but I am still trying to figure out which flight controller and OSD system to get. I leaning towards the CopterControl if I can get a hold of one and the eagletree OSD as you have.

So the question: I see that the eagletree OSD pro has a "Return to Home" feature, does this work for you or is it just for airplanes?

Go for it Christian

FPV is awesome fun.

No, the ET RTH will not work with my quad. I wish it did. There are some systems that can do this (I think).

The openpilot revolution (PRO) board may do this when it comes out.

Here is my latest (and most fun ever) flight.

Thanks Juz

Another great video

I suspected the ET RTH would not work for a quad so I may have to wait for the CC pro. I am also considering the Gaui-INS or the DJI M but the price is up there. Is there any other flight controler and OSD you can suggest?

Not really. The only FC's I have used are gaui, quadrino, KK and CopterControl. I am waiting for the openpilot revolution and OSD myself.

Really great. Can you do a recording video of the view from your glasses including the OSD ? Just to show what you are seeing.
