Well, there seems to be a lot of discrepency on ESC's being returned. I sent a ICE120 in the day after IRCHA, had to call, and got it back 1st of October. Sent in an ICE160 & ICE80 on October 1, got the ICE160 back in 2 weeks with a note that the ICE80 would be sent back when done, no date given. Still waiting for that one. Fortunately I don't need the ICE80 for anything right now so waiting isn't an issue, but returns seem to be all over the place. Castle's website shows nothing in stock, not even bullets. Except for the CapPack is in stock.

Maybe its just the 80HV's that are delayed, still waiting on mine, 8 weeks+!

Maybe its all the Trex 600E Pro's that are flying off the shelves so they can't make the 80's quick enough?

Thanks for the feedback guy's and this suck's because I miss flying my 700E big time .Winter is about here and I don't think i'll fly the 700 in the snow so I hope they come on.Im flying a new 600E but it's a 6S setup,not fun like the 700E ..Let's just hope Castle stick's to what they say and ship's them at the end of November..I'll give them a call tomorrow and report back...

I rang royal mail and as far as they could figure it had got there. A couple of weeks back I did get a card through the letter box about a parcel which had insufficient postage, I either had to pay the postage needed to recieve it or the parcel would be sent back to sender, could this have been from CC?! Who knows! Im starting to think they could have been that stupid!

Luckily I paid for extra insurance so the value of the esc was covered. Before I can claim I have to fill in a form basically to ask royal mail to contact whoever handled the package in Belgium, could take a while me thinks!

OK UPDATE
I have left 4 emails that i get auto replies to, that say i will receive customer service and have not heard from them over 33 days now.
I have left numerous phone messages during there stated 12-5 cst time zone of excepting phone calls. not once have I been called or notified.
This is friggin Redokulous!
A 4500 dollar helicopter just sits and collects FREE dust.
I can tell you that I will never ever EVER buy a product from them again.
I purchased a $300 dollar pile of poo and get no customer service!
I also will never let friends that spend thousands in this heli hobby as well as me to buy from them!
I mailed it October 26TH! how hard is it to just send out a new one. Instead of selling them to people before I even get mine?
Burnt!
Not to mention I spent 10 bucks to insure it and confirmation of delivery and priority mail, as I know they will be sending back the cheapest way possible for them to save and make more money!!!!
this has been worst customer service I have ever dealt with for anything.
As in THIS economy is not the time to slack on customer service!
My rant is over with and I hope someone looking to purchase something from them DON'T!. As you will receive no customer service if something goes wrong with there product.
I sent a JR 921 rx to be repaired and it only took one week and it is on it's way back to me already!

Only Oct 26? Which ESC? There are many that have sent ones back before that date that have not received yet. I just got an ICE280HV back last week that was sent in September. They make them up in batches by product, then it's a pretty straight FIFO system. If hobby shops have orders (most of the time for several) in with older dates than that, they get them first.
Hard to believe you can't get in by phone, that usually works.

YES then why would they tell me it will come to me by 15 business days and the a friggin month goes by. who is clintstone? b4 i contact him?

If you sent in on the 1st of october and got back in two weeks, and i sent mine in on the 26th and then was told 15 days and its now soon to be the next fiscal year why haven't I received mine??

I'm with you watso, send some back and they got them on the 3rd of Oct, had them sign a green card, still no speed controls, great customer service, order a 80HV at the same time I send them back from Horzion, got it last week, so I guess they just taking care of retail and the he?? with there customer's that already purchase there stuff.
