Hi,

The HyperCollar uses an M3 bolt but it has the Cap Head machined down.

Thanks guys. Yes it is an M3 but not a cap head. Seems like a button head is used. The difference being the button head uses a smaller driver than the cap head, this is where my confusion was coming from

All sorted now, button head in a drill for 30 seconds against a file and it's a perfect it
