I know they do one for the Mw44, i was wondering if they did one for the Mw54 ?

I was interested in how it works compared to the Jetcat system, are they reliable ?

They are offering new MW 54's with Kero start, but a conversion of an old motor may be tricky and expensive.

IIRC, it was mentioned that each motor may have to be looked at individually to determine if it was capable of being converted.

The conversion requires a new pump, ECU, and igniter, all big ticket items, and a few ancillary components, "T" fittings, tubing, etc.

It does help very much,
Thanks Chris, it is obviously not as straight forward for the MW54..
As you said big ticket items for what is really a bit less piping and no gas bottle.

I thought it was easy, as with my jetcat, where all i had to do was take out the plug, plug in the ceramic one and add a T piece and bit of tube and change the GSU from gas to kero.

thanks anyway for the info, it looks like i will stay as I am.. which is not a bad thing as I havent had any difficult starts.
