Doug

It looks like you have excellent control there but....

How tough is that heli to fly?

I had a couple of them once. I found them tough to even hover.

They were always sliding around.

My next heli was a TREX450, which seemed like a different species.

As you know MMike, I'm very used to flying real POS helis so its all relative I guess. I like it so far but time will tell. I like the size of it for some reason---about the same size as the King 2 and 3. Its definately better with brushless motors and a 401 then the "stock" configuration.

Doug, have you tried a 250 / clone?

I missed my Axe CP from a size/ quickness standpoint.

A 450 is a completely different flying experience from a 250.

Not a clone 250 but Ken bought the first generation Trex 250 and had problems--- ESC burnt, tailboom would not stay put so we said f*ck this thing

I agree Mike---totally different, I have beeen "fartin around "with the EXI 450 but found myself missing the dangerous quickness of the lil guys. Where this hobby goes--- Nobody knows

I recently had an AXE CPv3 delivered as a birthday gift while I get my Raptor 30 up to par. Just doing the fine tooth comb on it and reading a lot of reviews and posts here. So far its been good and I like it. Sorry to hear about your crash.
