Torque Tube slippage
Does anyone have issues with the
Torque Tube slipping?

How did you stop it?

I have not had any issue with eather of my Auroras N and E. Are you sure you have the ends of the T.T. seated the tail and front drive pins good?

Just a thought.

Although I personally I have not had any issues with TT slippage, I would expect the TT couplers to slip if they are not well mounted to the TT itself.

The manual suggests drilling the TT to give the grub screws more grip, which is something highly recommended.

All you need to do is drill the torque tube so that the set screws will have a better chance of seating themselves and not slip. I also glue the couplers with 30 minute epoxy for added strength. I have never had one slip.Teambob00
