Sweet!

I sold one with a r90/MA alum fbl head to do the same thing. 1900 on a logo was like dragging an anchor behind a boat.....comparatively...
smooth 3d is for the pros......I smack because I cant f3c...yet

The issue I had was that I'm used to the higher head speeds. I run 2100 on both my Trex 700E and my Kasama Faifa. the Logo at 1800 did not feel as powerful. I'm sure the Logo will be a powerhouse now!!! I'm glad you like it thanks.

I was also used to high hs, until my 700e couldnt deal with it, then back to management.....
Ive been back and forth on smack on big birds. My logo 600se couldnt deal with high hs, the 700e would strip gears ALOT, and I just got sick of all of it for a year or so and flew 600s.

Now, im running a 700e that is reinforced, and I dig it. Also, a 500se on 6s that rocks with 45c packs....
I have 2 l600s that sit.....

Also, I like 1800-1900 now(for 1/2 a flight on big birds), its relaxing and teaches a lot.

I never stripped main gear on my Trex 700E. I have seen a few guys strip them if they have the gain too high on their speed controllers.

I agree the lower head speed has some advantages when practicing new maneuvers. Having the power makes it easier to perform certain moves like tic tocs.

Did you have to modify the head at all or was it a direct fit?

If you are running 105 tails then you also need to change the tail grips.Team Synergy, Rail blades, Team Scorpion, V-Team

There are only two mods needed. First is to change the two balls on the swash plate used for the pushrod and last mod needed is to flip one of the balls on the mixing arm to achieve the correct geometry.

Are the balls bigger? What do you mean by flipping the mixing arm ball? Sorry for all the questions, just want to get all the info I can before I make my decision to try the Kasama Head.

Have you had the chance to fly it yet?

The Kasama balls are bigger. If you look at the mixing arm on the blade grip there is only one that can be flipped. I did fly it. I'm very happy with it, it's flying awesome!!!!

Yes steffgiguere my next mod will be to replace the stock tail with the Kasama. I am using Radix 105s on the tail.

I finally got it all dialed in. I bumped up the head speed to 2200 rpm. This thing is a monster now!!!

It's seems a good idea (Kasama FBL head) for Logo600se.

Because I like to use matal main grips for using 690mm main blades.

My good friend his Logo600se blew up in the air today .
HS is about 1800rpm.
He spool up in normal mode, lift off, and switch to idle-up in hover .
After 10sec ,Suddenly we heard "Boom~" sounds like cannon or firework.

OK! A picture is worth a thousand words

You can find a big bubble in the section of broken main blade grip.
What's a "Root cause"? " A defect main blade grip" caused this huge damage?

Who knows? But he will convert to Logo600 (600mm) for sure.

I see the bubble. It looks like it might be a manufacturing defect. I have never heard of Logos doing this specially at the head speed you mentioned.

Sure, the Kasama B and H mixer arms are just extra slop that is not needed at all. Worse performance than stock from personal experience!

There is no slop in my head maybe you had worn out ball links. I did have to go up on the agility in the Vbar to get the speed I like on the cyclic. I also had to add cyclic pitch to be at 8 degrees. It took a bit of tweaking ofcourse but I'm extremely happy with the end result.
