Raptor 30/50 Fuel Tank Movement in Frames
My fuel tank in my rap 50 sits loosely in the frames and should it be like that, I always thought they sit firm,is there anyway of making it a bit firmer?. With it a little loose like that would the fuel start foaming from vibs. Cheers.

When the frame was split you should have put some silicone on the dimples in the frame were the tank nipples are(Can't use the "T" word on this site). And it keeps them from wearing out and leaking.

The fuel tank should move in the frame, but it shouldn't be so loose that it will drop out with some force on it.

i have first hand seen my friends raptor 50 fuel tank fall out of the frames in mid flight. ever since then i always use wire ties and hold the tanks in place in both my r50 and r30. also do the silicone thing on the nipples of the tank.
