Pinion gear on Logo 600SE
How tight you guy did between the pinion gear and the main gear on Logo 600SE? mine was pretty tight but I can move my notor freely but have a problem with my Scorpion HKIII too hot can even touch

I set the pinion with zero lash against the main gear's high point. I have yet to find a main gear that was perfectly true. Slowly turn the main gear while it is loose against the pinion until you find the high point. There you will want the mesh the pinion tight against the gear. Snug against (touching) but not overly forced. This is the method I use for herringbone pinions.
