little slop in grips
just going over my heli and was putting up and down pressure on the middle of the blade and i noticed a little up and down movement in the grip and the spindle? this ok i have bearing mounted on the inside with thrust on the out.

try other way around. I did option "B" and no slop. Check all washers are in place.

Also make sure your thrust bearings are in place correctly. I found it a little difficult to decide which thrust bearing washer was larger than the other. Do the widest one towards hub, and smallest towards grip. I found out you can check to see if the direction is correct by putting the whole 3 pieces together. If it is slightly a rubbing/ dragging feeling its wrong. You will know when is smooth as glass.
