head vibes were causing a gyro offset?
what did you change/balance to resolve it?
A futaba GY401 is VERY vibe tolerant.

Congratulations Sal!! Glad it all worked out for you, and I will be sure to check the main rotor head for vibration. Incidently, what was it in the rotor head that was vibrating, or out of balance, that caused your gyro to act so weird?"Fly Everyday"

Take the main blades off and try to make it work without them.

Spool up the heli and prove everything functions correctly. If you cannot get it to work right you will know where to look. If you get it to work correctly it may be slippage. Also with the mains off remove the tail push rod spin it up and move the tail push rod with your fingers and look for binding that the tail servo cannot overcome when the tail is at speed. You will be amazed at how much it takes to move the tail if something is wrong

HK 450 pro help!!!
I didn't set up the head properly to begin with. Also I set up the cyclic servos at 90 but at lower stick .
I was able to have the swash level but just at lower stick also.
And He set up the whole head (links, servos at 90 at mid stick, main blades pitch etc..)
I was binding at high stick. Man I feel bad, but is a learning process.
Before all this like 20 days ago I was able to hover it, but then out of nothing the heli started to spin. I thought that maybe the gyro went bad and bought an 750 align and the same problem, thats when I got the quark.
The head can give you problems if is not set up properly. A headache.
But thanks to jgpncll I got a NEW heli.
I going to see Him tomorrow (sunday June 5)to finish with the set up (radio settings and tail).
And I thought that I got it right .
I hope this thread will help others, because If I was having this problem I guess there might be more people ready to quit as I was.

Thank you all.

Try this:

Move the RUDDER stick to the right on your TX and watch the TR servo. It must PULL the TR pushrod forward, toward the nose of the heli. If it pushes toward the rear, REVERSE the RUDDER channel at the TX.

Next, pick the heli up, turn its nose to the LEFT while watching the TR servo. The servo must pull the TR pushrod forward, toward the nose of the heli. If it doesn't REVERSE the GYRO direction following the gyro setup instructions.

Both the TX and the GYRO need to be set to move the servo in the correct direction. If EITHER of these are wrong, you will have serious spinning out of control problems.

Other things:

Set the heli on a table in front of you, nose to your right, tail to your left. The TR should turn COUNTER CLOCKWISE. If it doesn't, your belt is twisted the wrong way. Fix it, and make certain you have ONLY a 1/4 turn twist. Any more and the belt will have serious problems.

The TR blade on the right side of the TR shaft is moving UP, its leading edge is UP. Its control link is on top, same side of the grip as the leading edge.

The TR blade on the left side of the TR shaft is moving DOWN, its leading edge is down. Its control link is on bottom, same side of the grip as the leading edge.

The TR belt does not have to be tight like a guitar string. A little bit of slack is best.

If all that is correct, then worry about the pulley at the rear end slipping on the TR shaft, then worry about the pulley at the front of the boom, and its pulley slipping on the shaft.

For future reference, this post will tell you about all you need to know about setting up your CCPM heli, no matter which one it might be:
