The Little People,
I have been looking for 1/18th scale figures to eventually adorn the cockpit of my CH53E and came across these little people

A bit on the pricey side at 30Euros but well detailed and the right decade (80s) so not too much pfaffing about required to get them to look the part.

Anyone doing a 1/6th scale military helicopter will think that they have died and gone to heaven when they see the minigun and the .50 cal!

Hi Manuel,

I saw that a while back and there will be no way that I will be throwing a grand + into a loop!

Busy trying to get on with the build but my shoulder is going to need more treatment before it is fully functional again. At least it is in better condition that my Triumph!

Having to inlay decking plates to compensate for the seam strengtheners that they recommend in order to get an even base for the mechanics. I will be making longerons in PET g to stiffen the rest of the fuselage and I have decided on the Hi-Tech Aurora 9 system with Savox servos for this bird so as long as my wife has no other 'ideas' about how to spend the hard earned, it will be next month when I order it.

Going to make a vacuum forming unit so I can engineer my own tail section that includes the vents and bulges for the tail drive as the existing one is for an older variant and I want the full CH53E look on it.

I saw perfect rotor blades on a website and now I can't find them again to order them! They were about $60 a pair, plain carbon with minimal sweep on the tips with a nice root shape. Doh!

Will mail you later about details on the head.
