Castle Quick Connect failure?
First off I have been using CC products for years without issue so I don't want this to turn into a castle bashing thread. I'm just looking to see if anyone else has experienced what I have. A few months ago I had a heli go down during low fast forward flight for no apparent reason. It all happened in a faction of a second, I lost response and the heli crashed. On this heli the I used the built in BEC on the ESC so all power to the servos was running through the castle quick connect. During the rebuild I removed the Quick Connect from my heli and put it aside for no other reason other than I didn't want to use it. Now months later I just finished a build on another heli and I installed the same Quick Connect. This heli I used an external BEC. During my second flight the motor shut off and the esc re-initialized. I still had power to the servos so I was able to control the heli to the ground but now I'm suspecting the QC as the culprit. Has anyone else experienced intermittent failure of the link? Sorry for the long post but I wanted to properly explain what I have experienced.

Thanks in advance

Ron

Sorry for those who read the original post and got confused. I was thinking "Quick Connect" but refering to it as "Link". Maybe now I will get some feed-back
