Wow if I could make a wish it would that people would actually read and comprehend the post they are replying to. I have pointed out many errors in posters comments due to lack of comprehention of what they thought they read and yet people are still posting things about me asking for the sellers phone #
I NEVER ASKED FOR SELLERS PHONE NUMBER I PROVIDED MINE AND ASKED HIM TO CALL ME!!!!!!! Also I was in a hurry to post my responses and am using a semi smart phone so excuse the typos. I actually can spell.

As for you krackie you are so wrapped up in your little half empty glass that you consistantly take things out of context and just like to argue. If I am on your list (pathetic) why do you find it necessary to comment on my posts while not allowing me to comment on yours. I personally have no idea how you come to your conclusions on such matters but it is extremely humorous how far away from the actual context of the coversation they are. This was about etiquette and you have made it painfully clear that you have absolutely none. I would invite you to read the post und the thread that I believe Mark Rider started on buyer and seller suggestions. It seems most people agree with the majority of my statements and that communication is the most important part of any item being sold and like I said THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED WAS AN HOUR AND HALF LATER STATING THAT THE ITEM WAS SOLD. I therefore have the "grounds " to create this thread and discuss it. I also now have the grounds to add you to my list for I feel you bring nothing of value to this discussion.

I proudly stand by my statement and believe that you and some others can not comprehend the point of this post. It was never about not getting the sale items. It was about proper etiquette of handling the sale. I am amazed that people always look for the worst in a situation instead of actually listening. I have never said I was upset about loosing the sale. I also invite you to thoroughly read each of the 9 quotes I responded to and point out my flawed logic. I will not close this post for people are free to speak their mind whether or not if you or I like it or if it make sense. I am actually getting one hell of a kick out of seeing all of the comments and I also know that every single person I have done business with on RR would do business with me again excluding one individual.

I was only trying to help you out. You just don't get it. You and Baker are the only ones that share the same ideas. I really don't think black jack outright ignored you. You must have been second or third in line. I scan these and other forums many times an hour when I need something. 13 minutes is not that quick here. I have missed deals after 3 minutes.

Groovie swoop, I never said Blackjack was a bad guy I never even mentioned his name. I was attempting to keep him anonymous. I for the countless time was trying to learn what others opinions were on proper etiquette and after reading Mark Ryders Thread on the subject I would have to come to the conclusion that my idea on the subject is fair. Sellers would be curtious to respond to pm's in an expedient manner the same as they expect payment in an expedient manner. This is not written in stone by any means it would just be the most curtious way of doing business. I also said that I "thought" that first post should reserve first right of refusal obviously that is not the case. No problem. I have learned that their are a lot of really ****ty people on this forum and that reading can be difficult for many and LAST BUT NOT LEAST IF YOU WANT SOMETHING JUST SEND MONEY AND PRAY FOR THE BEST. I just choose not to utilise that method. So call me a whiner or a bad loser or whatever you want. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT OTHERS THOUGHT WAS PROPER ETIQUETTE FOR SELLERS. We all know what is expected as buyers send money immediately and then post appropriate feedback once item is received. Never negotiate and take what you get and never complain just kidding on the last part but the way some people discuss buyers this is what they really want for according to multiple people on this post only the seller has rights

You're not blocked or on ignore.
I simply have a black dot by your name and a mouse over note saying not to sell to you or buy from you as you strike me as someone who complains over trivial matters.

Must be the thread started to "discuss etiquette".aka complain.

That is exactly right.
They HAVE it.
You WANT it.

They have no obligation short of sending the item after it's paid for.

You say everyone missed the point of this thread...I just don't see one! You assumed your where first and then questioned the sellers integrity calling him out in his own post. Then you bring it to the maine board and keep it going. Do you know the seller? Did the seller break a promise? Getting a reply in 90 minutes seems pretty good, too bad it was not what you wanted to hear! Questioning someones etiquette without knowing all the facts is weak at best. I know you didn't use the sellers name but you have to know its easy for anyone to figure it out. I think you should apologize to the seller and close this post...IMHO!"220-221 whatever it takes"

its a point about common courtesy guys first come first serve and you may not have been first only the seller knows that.im not on anybodys side its just the point of giving the first guy a minute to ask questions or whatever and the inform him that you have a buyer and either step up and pay or it will be sold!!!

if you make a buyer mad just every other month for 5 years and they all tell 2 of there runryder buddies not to buy form you now you are blocked form 90 buyers.

i have also noticed on these small forums the guys that have all good feedback and respectful prices, there items will sell very quick.watch the guys who have 50+ feedback on this site and good prices how fast there stuff sells

my point is, if you only plan on selling 1 or 2 items on this forum in your lifetime then yes get all the money and sell to the first guy that will pay but ive learned if you do buisness the right way pay/ship quick and you plan on being in this hobby for years to come, you try and be 100% fair to buyers by answering questions or whatever they need to feel comfortable then your items will sell quick also!!!!

It just irks me that the guy cried about getting a reply an hour and a half after he sent the PM.

That is lightning fast.

He doesn't even know how many people PM'd ahead of him.
He asked for something out of the way and above and beyond any obligation of the seller and then questions the guys integrity in public as well as trashing up the sellers ad.

He has a lot of nerve introducing the word pathetic to this thread.

He should apologize to the seller and PM Mark Ryder and ask that this thread and all the comments he posted on the sellers ad be removed.

PERIOD.

He wants to talk etiquette and ethics...he should shop around for some.
I literally never use the word literally right.

V22 its not about that i have felt the same way several times!!!!

90% of the runryder sellers believe the first one to pay wins period and thats not alway the way to be!!

heres a good example i had 2 posts on here 1 selling a trex 250 2nd was a WTB thread for a motor, so i get a pm form a great guy that wanted the heli and had a brand new motor i needed, next i get a pm for a guy that wanted to pay asking price(i could have bought a new motor and came out the same)the guy that wanted the heli didnt have the cash for the difference for 2 weeks BUT he sent me the motor and it was very nice and called me today and said he would pay the difference on friday,we ended up talking for and hour today and he is a great guy,i have his motor he has nothing from me.
he told me if i ever need any parts call him up and he would send me anything he had and i could pay whenever or maybe even free.

there are some super people in the Heli hobby, then there are some that are ok and then there is some complete pricks

Which catagory fits you,i try and be the first one
