In setting up my VBared Trex 600N and wanting to use the Align Gov Sensor has anyone used one? Seems like I read somewere that you have to switch some wires around

Use one with no issues. You'll need to crimp on a compatible servo connector and switch 2 wires.

From support site:

Align Sensor: Swap red and black cable at the connector, Sensor II Port
