If you could plug a computer on it, it would be sooooooo easy to program.

Do you mean the gains aren't switching when you go between flight modes?

In almost all cases where the 750 isn't following the transmitter, the issue is normally in the S.Bus basic menu. Go to the FUNCTION menu in your transmitter. Note which functions are assigned to which function, especially the gain controls and those controlling the governor. Then scroll through the S.Bus channels in the S.Bus basic menu and make sure the S.Bus channel function matches the channel number for that same function in the transmitter's function menu.

More fundamentally, make sure the radio is running in Multi2 mode if it's an 8FG and make sure you actually assigned AIL gain and ELE gain to two channels in the function menu.

Reverse the t/r servo direction in the transmitter under servo reverse. You only reverse the cyclic servo directions in the amplifier. Throttle and rudder are done in the transmitter.

If it's not changing speeds, then whatever channel you have selected in the FUNCTION menu for that may not be assigned to S.Bus channel 4. Default assignment is to transmitter Ch 7.

that looks to be an ez one for the Dr to anwser but it looks like you need to change channal assignment in the 750 to channal 7 or the other way around maybe ? the Dr will know which.

OK that's all good.

Show me what the governor screen on the transmitter looks like.

You are in gyro + governor (versus gyro + throttle) mode in the 750, right?

We're missing some silly little detail here.

Go to the servo monitor screen. With at least a several hundred rpm difference in programed rpm between flight modes, see if the bar for channel 7 on the monitor screen is shifting up and down with the different set rpm in each of your flight conditions. I need to get this isolated to a set up issue in the transmitter versus the 750.

Let me try.

750 - go to sbus menu and set ch7 ans the governor channel
750 - home screen make sure you are in gyro and governor mode
8fg - set to multi2 mode
8fg - function menu set gov1 to channel 7, no switch --
8fg - governor menu:
If using Mode switching...
make sure menu reads COND and NORMAL
Set 2000 rpm mode
set rpm all the way to OFF (less than 1000 rpm)
switch to IDLEUP1
set rpm
switch to IDLEUP2
set rpm.
Check rpm display on 750

If using a SWITCH to change rpm (using SW-C here)
go to governor screen
switch to SW mode
go to # and make it 1
go to switch menu and set switch (C)
make switch C ON (down) OFF mid OFF up
back to gyro menu
set rpm to OFF (less than 1000)

set 2 in the # field
switch menu set switch C
make switch C OFF down ON mid OFF up
back to gyro menu
set low rpm (i.e.1800)

set 3 in the # field
switch menu set switch C
mmake switch C OFF down OFF mid ON up
back to gyro menu
set high rpm (i.e.2000)

check 750 display
switch down = OFF
switch mid = 1800
switch up = 2000
