when i had to buy a adaptor for my skookum 720 to use s-bus it was like 11 buck or if you use spec sat's they just plug right into the 720 it's self, and updates for the 720 are free and needs no adaptors for them.......

sooooo clean just the 720, a little s-bus rx, and one cable that is also the adaptor, what could be better than that ?

how are spec sat's going to work with the CGY750 ? plug into the adapter (encoder) box ? or will it be spec sat's into spec rx into futaba adapter (encoder) box ? spec users lets hope not.......

wow thats alot of stuff compaired to the "other" FBL systems out there....
i guess it had to be that way since spec is a major competitor so futaba was faced with a huge dilemma when they desided to go into the FBL side of things

Reliable, bona fide information given to me today places the PWM 750 adapter in Hobbico's hands for subsequent distribution to dealers in the US by the end of next month. Of course something could delay shipment, but that delivery estimate has as its basis more than a gut feeling.

I should have purchased the 8FG when I got the CGY750

Even though Im a JR/Spektrum fanboy, Im sure I will really like the 8FG, seems like a nice radio and my LHS felt bad for me and gave me a deal I could not pass up...

Look forward to getting my dust covered NEW Fusion 50 going. Once the adapter comes out I will likely add another one or more CGY750s to my models.

I switched from an 11x and DX-Eight to a Eight-FG and am glad I did. The Eight-FG is an awesome radio.

Those who don't like an extra box, how about taking it out of it's casing and put some shrink wrap over it like they do on esc's Then you'd have something more like a 60 amp esc or just a a bec in size than a big box ?

Or maybe the box isn't that bad ?, just an idea...

i can't wait my 750 is on a plane to sa as we speak

That "big box" is actually quite small.

Have another look at it.
