Remember

The only reason this police state isn't full blown is because they are testing the waters in various states to judge the appropriate response of Americans.

The way is to start from the beginning before most of these tyrannical laws that are being passed. The road map is clear for those who wish to take the time to understand.
Wow. Just... wow.

Don't forget a lot of states/cities are making it illegal to video officers on duty.
Do you have a cite for this? Can you show cases where states and cities are making NEW laws making this illegal?

Certainly Illinois thinks it's illegal, http://dcoda.amplify.com/2011/01/25...ce-in-ma-il-md/ , as does MD and MA.

Certainly some cops and others don't LIKE being videotaped, especially when doing something wrong, but it's not illegal (Except in those 3 states currently). I suspect that Supreme Courts will end up deciding the legality (in favor of it being NOT illegal).

The thing I find difficult to believe, the cop cars have video cameras, It's OK for them to tape us without permission?

Cops do that all the time buddy. We are human.

the cops did in that teen age root beer fest thread.
You ever notice that we lose rights due to people doing things that break the law? Drunkin teenagers have been commonplace for a long time. Drunkin teenagers are responsible for many motor vehicle deaths and many times leaving drinking party's late at night. This trend of stupidity directly linked this to happen to these kids getting tested. The police didn't just arbitrarily do this. The pattern of behavior was established first, then the police had to respond.

Indiana's home invastion rights didn't change until this guy assaulted a police officer. Had he not done so, he could have filed criminal or civil suits against the officer or police department. If he were an african american and the police were white, then he could have had the NAACP do it for free.

Alas, stupid people are responsible for us losing our rights...

High Voltage just works better

So what is going to happen when a cop in Indiana illegally enters a home without IDing themself and gets killed? Because that is bound to happen now.

Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about!
