Very impressive.

This explains it all, though.
The Knuffingen Airport alone took seven years to build and cost $4.8 million. The whole of Miniatur Wunderland is the product of more than 150 people and about half a million hours of work.
a half million hours is more than 55 years provided you worked 24/7.
If a single person were to work on it just 40 hours a week, it would take him 214 years to finish the job. And thats without cigarette breaks.
