I am in the middle of a complete rebuild with a new set of 2mm Fusuno frames and things are not lining up for me. When I slide the main shaft thru the bearing blocks and the main gear the lower jesus bolt does not line up perfectly. It seems like the upper bearing block is positioned to high in the frame, not allowing the main shaft to slide into it low enough. I am about to drill out the holes a very little bit to hopefully get things lined up. Has anyone else ran into this or a similar problem? I'm looking for advice or suggestions on this before I start drilling the frame.

I figured it out...the one way bearing pushed out of the gear case. I tapped it back in place and everything sems to line up now.
