Hi,
I have a new totally upgraded computer and I need to know how to update Phoenix.
So I have the very basic program that came out and it doesn't even have a tab to update.
Is there an order I need to update the sim in.
Is there a one install that will update the whole thing?
Thanks

TAB: system at the top left hand of the page, then updates.

Otherwise to to http://www.phoenix-simv3.com/default.asp

and then go to downloads and select which updates you require depending on which version you have.

Same as me, I have the original version on disk. So it looks like you have a big download to get up to the current version

This is what I get when I try to install the program;
"The system administrator has set polices to prevent this installation"
What now?

what operating system are you running? win7?

if so go in to start menu, click programs, phoenix rc and right click on phoenix rc in the list, and set to run as administrator.

Thanks, It was all very complicated but figured it out! I can't believe how much it takes to get the computer set up the way you want! Being that I had the last one for more than 8 years!
