hopefully, will find out next weekend. jive 120 should be here by then.

will need to swap my short shaft motor with a long shaft one for the counter bearing i'm going to run in a logo 600se.

Well the first test flight didn't go so well.
It was noticeably smoother and quieter than the 700M, but I gave it a pitch pump only to about 3/4 pitch on a mild +11 deg setup and it stripped the main gear!... so wow, this thing has a LOT more torque than I'm used to. I'll need to watch out for that!

To be fair, I think my gear mesh was a little loose.

I'm using the helical gears for smoothness, (AP ship) but I think this will be great motor as long as I don't juice it.
