I presume you have the gyro set to analogue as your running an analogue servo? If so just keep dropping the gain till the wag stops.

You would be far better with a dedicated digital tail servo like the DS620, DS650, Futaba S9254, JR 8900G, Futaba BLS251 especially with a high performance gyro like the GY520.

yes I have the gyro set to analog. and i have had the gain dropped as low as 20 on my radio and the tail still wags. so i guess i will order ds 520 and see if that helps any. and i will also call futaba and see if they have any tips to get the wag to stop.

DS620 you want not the DS520. Did reducing the gain reduce the wag at all?

Try going below 20 then, doesn't matter what number it says in your TX. How was it holding at 20? How were the piro stops?

okay so i changed the response time in the gyro to slow. and i have the gain set to 27 now and the tail doesn't wag anymore. so I will have to change the settings in the gyro again when I get my ds 620.
