Has anyone had problems with there motor cutting in and out it seams like loose wire but it seems more prominent when the batt is at half. 3.87v

Nope
And I got a million hours on mine. You're right - sounds like a loose connection.

Has your antenna wire broken off? Mine was cutting out on me but it wasn't the motor power (which I thought was initially happening), it was the failsafe kicking in.
After I resoldered the antenna back to the board, no more cut-outs.

Ive noticed same on my mSR. The weird patr is that it only does it with DX7. It seems fine (in this regard) with stock radio. Maybe the failsafe is different or non-existent in stock Tx? OR maybe I have loose ant. that is coincidentally goofing when I use DX7, but I doubt it as it is very predictable when I switch Tx's.

I was wondering if there was any special prog. or mixing that I should put in setup of DX7 for mSR?
