Fueling the rad g20?
how are you guys putting fuel in the tank on the g20? fueling through the line with the clunk? or are you putting it in through the vent line?

You don't want to do that...You must have a vent...I use a fitting on the vent on top of tank...Use the brass tubes for inlet to carb, and return for the primer..I use the primer for fueling...

If you fuel backwards through your clunk felt filter, which you need to run, you will put trash from the inside of the filter straight to the carb...

"T's" create leaks, which you don't want going to the carb

yeah but the zen 20 ei engine doesnt have a return line or a prime bulb on the carb.

Some folks put a primer on the carb...

Just add another fitting. Look at what others are doing.. If you are double filtering your fuel before you put it in the model, that should help..
The purpose of the clunk inside is to keep air out of the carb, so you want run lean.....

so you think i could add another brass fitting to the tank where the 3rd hole is that isnt drilled through on the tank opening cap? and fill from there? how can i add a primer to this carb? can you point me to someone who has done it?

I have always adhered to the KISS principle, so I have always just filled the tank through the carb line. I have a filter in the line, so I just unplug at the fuel tank side of the filter and fuel through that line.Phil
