BTW, manufacturer's speed and torque numbers are totally unreliable. There is no set standard testing methodology, so many manufacturers cheat and use holding power values for torque instead of stall torque. Regardless, the torque vs. speed curve is what's important, not a single data point. Many off brand (read, not Futaba and JR) servos slow down to a crawl under load.

Servo 60° speed is typically measured after a servo starts to move, not when a signal is first received by the servo. The intial "reaction" or response time is not shown in the specs. Brushless servos are much faster to respond.

Another thing about picking servos, they must center very well for heli use.

You totally missed the point of my last post! Do some research on servos. Find some comparison graphs that will show what I mentioned. Torque and speed specfications based on a single data point are useless. Torque and speed are interrelated. Giving a servo's speed at 0 torque and speed at stall (or hold) torque, which is 0 speed, does not tell the real story about what happens in between these points. RC aircraft operate only between these two extremes - not at them!

mglenn310, skip the BeastX and Multigov and just get the full size blue V-bar. It has a much better governor than anything out there including the MultiGov. The V-Bar FBL system is the gold standard too.
ok thanks for your input but i always here to do this to do that. although i take it in to consideration. i think i will stay with the beastx FBL sys. the muliti gov i know is used buy lots of heli flyers so i trust it.

I agree with Rexxi.

I use MKS950's and have a set of the Turnigy 950's which as stated are exactly the same servo. MKS IMHO make the best servos out there. NOTE: only a few of the Turnigy range to the best of my knowledge made by MKS. You can typically tell by the price and the different labeling.

There is a youtube vid comparing the MKS v Futaba servos using electronic measure equipment and there is no doubt the MKS are better..

Ill see if i can find the link..

LOL don't believe what the agents tell you, How legit are these "comparison" videos? would the test results be the same if Futaba did them?
I am neither pro futabe nor anti MKS, at the end of the day torque and centering are the primary considerations over speed in an FBL heli! A couple of FBL manufacturers recomend a minimum 18kg for 90 size helis and BLS152's perform exceptionally well, MKS do a servo with even more quoted torque and slightly faster for a fraction of the price!
Even Tariq could do his thing with a servo rated at .14sec and a servo that does it easy will love you long time ;-)
