"What do want to know. I can give some info on it"

Well I think what we all would like is to see a pic, but I don't think that is going to happen. I understand that Buzz does not want others to copy, but when you are selling something pics will get out sooner or later. It is inevitable. And I would prefer to know what it is I am buying.

Why would you want to use sealed bearings inside an engine?

I have over 40gals on mine that's close to 10 cases of the magnum which come in 5q jugs.. Yep they beat the 3gal bearings

That's about 200 flights. The engine will were out before you wear out a bearing.

Been using RC standard and stainless bearings for 5years now, not one failed.
I change bearings every year on all my engines, sometimes multiples times per year. See no diference in performance or longevity with the stainless, so I may start just using the $6 pairs.

What does it look like? What type of retainer? How much?

Forgive me, but this sounds too good to be true.

Why would you want to use sealed bearings inside an engine?

Because if they grenade, the seals help to keep the shrapnel inside the bearing, not inside your motor.

Terry, I think you invented a new word. A throwback to a simpler time, maybe?

But to the new revolutionary bearings. Are they so revolutionary that no one's allowed to post some good clear pictures or say what it is that makes them "that good"?

I'm all for technology advances that work, but let's get past the "tease" state and start letting people see what they are. Or is someone still trying to protect a patent application?

They don't rust. They run smooth and they last a really long time. They're not cheap but hey, good stuff sometimes cost real money.

I'll have to take the back off my engine when I get home and post a pic.

The don't rust part is a big plus. So is smooth and lasting a long time.

I think we're all curious as to what the bearing itself looks like. With the marketing at this point being nothing more than a "tease", I think we're expecting to see some really new, never yet before seen implementation of a ball bearing.

Is it obvious that this is a different bearing from appearance, or if it were mixed in with 50 other bearings on a table would it just blend in unless you knew what you were looking for? Does the bearing look essentially like any other bearing, but the advantages come out in the metallurgy, the fit, and the finish -- stuff not typically visible to the casual observer?

No, it doesn't look like other bearings.

Now that sounds interesting...gotta see one. Did someone finally make a roller/needle bearing instead of a ball-bearing for crankshaft use?
