Hey all,

Does anyone know of any swash and head upgrades for the 450 Pro (Flybar)? I looked around and only found the microheli one, but didn't find any reviews. I know the stock Pro head is just fine, but I want to alleviate all the slop and play in the head and I can't do it with the stock head.

For the FBL owners... Is there a HUGE improvement to converting to FBL? What kind of advice can you give to me on converting the 450?

Thanks in advance!

PRO450 head is pretty good all around, compare to V1,V2. (I don't have slop on mine)

But if u can go FBL, go for it. Lots of improvements.
- run time
- more power
- less parts to fix.

My Pro main blade grips have a lot of play in them.

So your Align FBL head has no play in the main grips?

I recheck my blade grip again, still no play or slop.
May be u refer to align dampeners. (too soft for me also)
I end up use this.

The 450pro in stock flybar form is a small, skittish little beast. Make it FBL and it grooves like a 500 or bigger. The 3G head is good, as is the RJX. The microheli stuff is made of the only alloy significantly softer and weaker than "Alignium"

Thanks jsenicka! I'm sure you know of the quality of the 450 Pro flybar head. All the pilots I know who own a 450 Pro has the same slop in the main blade grips. Does the Align FBL head have any slop in it? Any FBL unit you would recommend? Beast, VBar, 3G?

@ Heli-on - Do you have experience with the RJX head? Is there any slop?

I'm running the RJX head and the 3G. Love it
I'm also running the RJX head on my 600 big improvment over the align head on the 600. I never ran the align fbl head on the 450 pro so I cant compair.
