I'm running a stock power Trex 600 ESP FBL (RJX head) stock blades.

I've been looking at some head speed calculators and have (I think) figured I'm running about 2500+ RPM at 85%, but I remember seeing a note on the blades that running them over 2100 RPM is bad.

my throttle cures are

Norm: 0-60-60-60-100
Idle1: 100-85-100
Idle2: 100-95-100

can I run safely at Idle2?? Am I running safely at Idle1??

I get a bit of bogging right now in Idle1 pulling out of a loop and have to really give a full collective pump to make sure I don't turn her into an expensive crater!

I'm worried the blades can't handle Idle2 so I haven't even tried...

That's just head speed calculator, not actual HS.
Stock power 6S will do 2000-2200 HS on 100% flat, depend on C-rate of yours lipo.

I run flat 100% without any problems.

(Good flight end up with ...... big smile :D)

been scared to run full out and have the blades go by-by with a heli right behind it!

Thanks!

I was lucky if It even reached close to 2200 headspeed with a bone stock 600ESP, 6S 30C, 1220kv motor, 14T or 15T pinion setup using the ESC on gov mode and running flat 100% T-Curve, 600D Blades and it was still a slow poke for me.

I wouldn't worry, Grip It and Rip It!

Have Fun with it.
