I have a Trex 700 Nitro Kit and was wondering if its more benefitial to Convert it to electri or to buy the E700? If its beeter to convert what conversion kit is the better one out there? And what do I need to get.? Does the Kit come with everything I need?

best kit I have found is from KDE its a nice clean kit. But if you have the money sell the nitro and buy the 700e it flies better

+1, the full E definitely flies better. I had two conversion when the full E came out. Decided to try one, and was hooked, got rid of the conversions, and now have three full E's!

I have a converted 700. Ray Nemovi conversion.

I think it flies great. I'm an 'ok' pilot. Not hard 3D.
So, not sure I'd notice a difference from and actual 'E' ??

The pros, sure. Advanced back yard fliers, sure. I knew a guy that was a hard 3D pilot. He later flew for outrage. Yrs ago, he had a Trex 600. When it first came out. He could feel the difference between plastic and metal mixing arms. Wow......

I could never feel that, ever. So not sure I'd feel the difference between a converted E or an actual E......

I'd convert mine if I were you.

I have a 700E and a converted 700N
Same motor and controler and Batteries.also both on Beast X
Both fly the same in my hands

Used the Gforce conversion
Has to be cheaper to convert if you already have an N
Unless you can get top price for it (these days i doubt it)

I didn't think I would notice such a difference either! I personally think you would notice the difference. The frames are much stiffer and in general it flies more solidly...but you'd have to try it to be convinced. My buddies and I were the same way...

Ya get a true 700E! The true 700e is 1-2 pounds lighter I say 1 or 2 because I have a friend with one that is 1.5 heavier and I have another guy that has one that is 2 pounds more. My 700E is 10.7 pounds flight weight. It rolls a lot better then a converted one. some people may not be able to tell but I can.
