Hi guys,

The hole where you hook your neck strap to, suddenly fell off on my radio.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Either send it back and have it replaced or find someone who is comfortable enough with the transmitter's guyts to tear it down and put it back for you. It requires you to pull the majority of the boards out of the case to reach the the location.

If the nut fell off on the inside, don't power it up until it's fixed. Something could short. That nut didn't loosen overnight; I'm surprised you didn't feel it wiggling aroung when you were clipping in your neckstrap.

It didn't, it did wiggle around for a couple of days. The nut didn't actually fall off to the inside, but it would dissapear when you don't flip the radio upside down. Should I not use it?

Gotta send it in and DO NOT power it up, as Ben says, you will most certainly fry something. Take the opportunity to let them do a quick once over while it is in the shop as well.
