Not usually a clicking sound. It sounds like a rapid fluctuation or flutter in rpm of the motor as the bearing slips and then grabs again which creates a kind if shudder in the heli. Usually will only happen when head is loaded hard. One thing to note: Have seen on multiple auroras the EXACT same symptom when running spartan gyros. Had it happen on one of mine as well. Everybody that had problem swore it was one way and tsubaki didnt fix problem. We eventually figured out it was only the helis with spartans showing the issue and changing gyro is what fixed it. Not sure what gyro you are running but worth mentioning anyway. I do recommend the tsubaki bearing regardless as stock bearing is hit and miss. Some work great and some have problems right away.
