This is how it has always been traditionally. One year I remember not even Mark Ryder was there and there was zero coverage. There aren't that many people there, pilots, their crew and spectators, it is not like your typical fun fly.

Results will come when available, they haven't released them just yet, they do it as an announcement during the podium ceremony.

Congrats Jamie!

He had a broken arm and all and was out of flying!!! He comes back, does some practice and wins the XFC.

Now consider this...if Kyle wasn't testing that Mikado beast heli i have a good feeling he would would have placed higher at this XFC. Kyle is one of my fav pilots to watch because of his technical skills and smooth flying. Shame it was wasted on the Beast. Hopefully Mikado gets the picture, a Logo 600 took the XFC! It might take the Masters as well, and Kyle better be flying one there!

MIKADO...if you want to make an upgrade that matters make a torque tube for your Logo 600 line!!!!!!!!!!!! Have the boys show that off at the Masters!!!!!!!!!

Looking fwd to it.

I have to respectfully disagree about the XXtreme its a different kind of machine all together. I think to take 3rd place in its first real competition is a outstanding. Just think about seeing it for the first time the judges were probably stunned maybe they did not want to be bias who knows. Also no one has ever won XFC twice so for Kyle to place 3rd with a brand new heli is pretty dam good. Who knows if he was flying a 600 maybe he would have won but he took a 800 size heli that everyone said was slow and to big and got 3rd. Again that's the first time most have seen it fly in person. I know the first time I saw it fly I did not know what to think. But after a few times of watching Kyle fly it the shock of its sheer size whore off and I was able to apprentice what a true work of art the XXtreme really is. And with Kyle as the pilot its truly amazing. As far as I know Kyle will be flying the XXtreme in Germany and I think he should and at this point it would be difficult to go back to a 600. So again hats off to Mikado and to Kyle and Jamie I for one am still waiting for my XXtreme.Team MikadoUSA Team Scorpion

Regardless of the machine, those boys did an awesome job, they practiced more than any one of us does and they poured their skills and hearts out for the competition.

The new Logo is an outstanding machine with a lot of grace, would I take it to an XFC competition? Probably not! However, we all know what Kyle can do, we saw it last year.

Jaime on the other hand, went all out, he's music, he's maneuver's precision and choreography was superb. He was astonishing. Bravo Jaime, congrats.

Nick Maxwell is a great Pro pilot, he's equipment is top notch and he did extremely well. Congrats to Nick.

They all did a whole lot more than I can do and for that I tip my hat to all of the competitors and their dedication to this wonderful hobby of ours.

Cheers.

Though I am a huge Bobby Watts fan and totally partial to him, it was pretty clear to me by early Sat morning that Jamie was going to take the whole thing. Timing was great, style was awesome, and that COMPLETE blade stop in his next to last round today was just the cherry on top! XFC over now, looking forward to IRCHA and more greatness.

Is 'known' flight to music with the 3 compulsory maneuvers included??

Yes, but the unknown flight is also flown with music. Unlike the 3D masters, all flights during the XFC are put to music.
