The motor does not turn or it turns but the blades don't move? What TX are you using? You using the Align ESC? Does the ESC beep when you plug it in?

If it only beeps three times, then it's not in program mode. You should then look at your atv's to see where they are set at, and what does your throttle curve look like?

He is using DX7.

ATV = end points

Linear curve means 0 - 25 - 50 - 75 - 100? Sure this is not your pitch curve?

try lowering your throttle trim down. The ESC needs to see a low throttle position before it will initialize and arm.

Also are your throttle channel end-points at 100% as previously noted (AKA ATV settings)

do you have normal movement on all the servos? are you sure the ESC is plugged into the throttle channel on the RX and not the bind/power port? Which RX are you using?

is your radio in throttle hold? Which radio? go to the 'monitor' screen and make sure the throttle channel is moving.

ESC MUST be PLUGGED INTO THROTTLE CHANNEL OR IT WON'T WORK.

Make sure you don't have the connector plugged in upside down.

DX7 -- set your throttle channel to "normal", not "reverse".

Linear throttle curve, 0 to 100%. Endpoints set to 100%.

Throttle trim all the way down. Throttle stick all the way up....

Plug in the battery --- the following pics taken from another recent post on setting up the stock 250 ESC -- read and follow (Steps 1 through 4 are important):
