Scorpion motor runs great, just won't spin the head much. The main gears are spinning up with the motor, but the blades just barely spin. I can hold the blades and spin the main gear or motor each way with little friction. Is my one way bearing shot?? I'm now having the same issue with the 700N.. Is there any way to check this other than holding the blades?

Oneway installed backwards is possible. Otherwise oneway may be shot.

Lube??
Yeah, I've never used any! Didn't know I needed to until reading some of these post's.. Any idea's on where to get a new bearing? The stock one is rediculously over priced!

Boca Bearings has one ways, I don't know how the price compares to Align.
How many flights do you have on the Helis?, It may just need cleaning and ATF or TriFlow.

FIXED!!
OK guy's.. So I removed the main/auto gear and pulled them apart to clean and lube the bearing. While doing this, I noticed all of the screws that hold the bering in the hub were loose. So, I tightened them all up and shoved the one way shaft back in. IT WORKED!! So, I went ahead and lubed the bearing and popped it back in the heli. Installed the head/shaft and off I went to the driveway! It's alive!! I want to thank you all for your help and idea's. Also gotta throw a pump in for Helidirect. Thanks guy's! Now, to see if that fixes my 700N.

Great News! I'm sure your Nitro will have about the same problem.
