I had an issue when trying to put on the rotor blades on my comp with the plastic main grips the end of the blade hits the spindle bolt. The blades are Pro 3D cf 600mm. I have rebuilt the grips making sure all bearings are seated washer, spacers are in right order. the head is built perfectly. I took off the spindle bolt washer and used a thinner washer and my blades fit perfectly. I measured the supplied washer it is 1.7mm thick as the manual specs. Just curious if anyone had an issue like this with their kit or is it just my kit and or my blades off.

yeah i have had blades that were a tad too thick for the grips and rub the spindle bolt while folding them up to put in the blade holder on my beam. but never had this come up like in this pic. The blade is very tight to the bolt and cant fold them up and binding up the grips.

yes these are the cheap ones. Pretty much will be doing the same sand them down enough to give wiggle room and take the pressure off the bearings to free up the binding.
