Middle Tennessee is nice. Lots of industry, construction, and taxes are pretty low with no state income tax. And we only have to deal with winter weather about 4 months out of the year. And then its mostly just cold. Oh and did I mention plenty of places to fly!

How the piad rate in Hawaii
It depends on what job your after? Have a look at our Sunday news paper to see what kinds of jobs are available and their pay rate. You can also find job listings on-line as well.

Take Care,

The Tennessean is the largest paper here, and the Chamber has a site. Depending on what type of work you do though papers are rarely a good way of finding something with potential.

Hawaii would be nice though... Dont forget though to compare cost of living. Depending on your income it might not be such a paradise.

Too bad you werent looking to move last spring. After the flooding here there were tons of construction jobs opening up. There may still be, I know a lot of places are still recovering. There is quite a bit of manufacturing here also. A lot more than people would think.

Really depends on what are of town you choose. The apartment I was living in before I bought my house was $650 for 2 bedroom. Ranges from about $550-1200 a month depending on where. You can look here and get an idea.

nothing worse than being over qualified for everything, or under qualified because you don't have a 4 year degree for a 12 dollar an hour job. Just can't win in this place.
You can scratch Florida off your list. Nothing here.
