common with flybarless models, you gotta pop it up off the ground and allow the gyros to stabilize.

when you progressively lift off and the model's skids rock on the ground, the gyros sense that vibration and try and compensate.

When you spool up ad the blades are settling, it will cause wobbles. Those wobbles are what the gyro are trying to correct for which makes it crazy. Assuming the gyros are setup correctly, just pop it off the ground. You will get used to not touching the cyclics too much on take off or landing.

Just get off the ground somewhat quickly and then the vibrations wont affect the gyro as bad.

If you are concerned about the bird shaking, try dialing the elev/ail gains down a bit. Even with the gain dials set to 12 o'clock, my heli shakes a bit. I had to bump things down, and now it's much better behaved, even on the ground.
