I know zip about camcorders. However I have seen a bunch of people using the gopro's lately. Maybe it's worth a look?

Set everything way rich, idle 1 1/8, mid 2 and high 1 1/2, but idles very smooth and spools up without stumbling at all, also using hot plug.

1 1/4 idle
2 1/4 hover
1 5/8 high

Real Mccoy MC 59 plug (hot)

smooth in transition, plenty of power, smoke

bump it with the starter and she fires right up (after first flight)

don't be surprised if she takes some cranking on the first start after sitting for a week, but after the first start she's a kitten

I'm running 2000 on low and 2090 on high. She REAllY likes 2090 HS, with the outrage pipe in a hover she bounces back and forth on the pipe, but when you punch it well...

lets just say have an extra pair of shorts handy, you'll be droppin' some baby batter when you see her take off!

YS 56 needles
I can't remember where Jimmy and I ended up setting my YS56. I know the .5 turn on idle per the manual was way too lean.

I want to say it is roughly here:
idle 1-1/4
Hover 2 minus 1 click
high around 1-3/4

It's running strong. I find it funny that we ended up taking the blades off and turning on the bench because it was running rough enough to interfere with the BeastX making the swash lean over during the transition from low to hover.
