Hey guys this is my setup
Synergy N5
Vbar 5.0
Futaba BLS252
Futaba 9256
Lifepo4 6.6v pack

I just recently switched my cyclic servos from the align 610 to the Futaba bls252 and now feel that my overall roll and flip rate is slower.
I realized the 610's are faster than the bls 252's but don't see how that would effect the constant roll or flip rate of the heli. Both setups were by the book 8degress cyclic on setup and so forth. My heli with the bls 252's seems quick enough on fast maneuvers but seem the overall speed is slower and I would like to increase this.
My agility is already maxed out and I am currently flying in medium setting.
I was wondering if I increased my endpoints for aileron and elevator say 5% each if that would speed it up.
I don't know how else to make it faster, I WAY RATHER stick with the bls252's as the performance is outstanding. Thanks for the help

If you are running 5 Express, the software that comes with the blue line Vbars, you can increase dual rates above 100% or Adjust your endpoints as you mentioned. However, 5% probably isn't going to rock your world. Try 10-15% and go up from there. If you are running 5 Pro your only option would be to run vivid flight style...All this assumes you redid your cyclic and collective setup when you installed the new servos. If you did not, you should do this before you try anything else....

Try this

Go into Vbar program
Go into Swash
Go into Expert parameters then Change to a higher number in Cyclic Ring

Hope this help.

Yes that's good advice, in swash expert setup try holding your cyclic stick in all four corners with full neg and positive collective. If your swash or servos aren't binding you can raise the cyclic ring value and that should give you a faster cyclic rate.

if nothing above works, you can also play with the optimizer rates, but if the agility is already maxed out I am not sure if that will do you any good..

I had the same problem before, then I increased the virtual cyclic ring from 65% to 80%.
Ail/Ele are now extremely fast!

Fredrick Melin has an excellent Utube video series on 5.0 vbar. In this video he explains what to do if you max out your agility...he explains how you can increase the agility through increasing the optimizer numbers. Check it out.
