So I got a ready to go TT E325 with lipo, but low and behold the lipo and ESC it came with, dosn't have the same type of connectors as my Triton2 EQ charger! So does everyone change their plugs over to like Deans to be compatable, or is there something else I should do?

Common? Pretty much. I standardize all mine just easier in my book. Some guys make jumpers for the different connectors.
