Hello all,

When I was building the auto gear assy., I noticed that it was smooth in rotation until I installed in heli, then it was not very smooth. After a couple flights it did not get any better, so i took a look at it.

I found that the main auto drive gear #R90N106 (bottom gear) was adding pressure to the lower auto bearing assy. when the bolt was installed. The inside gear plastic hub was being pushed up tight against the lower ball bearing, putting significant pressure on it.

To fix, I just took a Dremel stone cutoff wheel, and removed about 1mm of plastic from the drive gear, where the steel sleeve fits into. This then removed the plastic from pressing into the auto hub bearing. You can test this by installing the lower drive gear onto the sleeve, install the bolt and see if the gears will spin freely.
