i have a ys56 and outrage 56 pipe. i need to plug the hole on the muffler but i dont want to seal the hole forever. i was thinking i could push some JB weld into the muffler nipple then just blue loctite it in? any other ideas?

Usually you can simply unscrew the nipple and replace it with a small bolt with the appropriate thread. Some of the common pipes come with both a small bolt and the nipple and you choose which to install.

yah mine pipe didnt come with the bolt... i guess ill try n see what size thread it is.

If you want,just put a piece of fuel line on the niple and plug the open end of it.Thats what I did on my 90 and 50..

Yeah it works perfect and there isn't enough pressure to blow the tube off.I never zip tied mine but you can just to know its not coming off.I stuck a link ball in the fuel tube to block the hole on my 50 haha and used a fuel line cut off clamp on the 90,im a cheap azz haha..

Be sure to use a metal star or lockwasher with the fastener. Thread lock will not work, and jb weld, while still not permanent, it might leave a bit of goo on the pipe.
