With the current run of cold weather, I want to put my 6-cell packs into the storage mode, but the Cellpro 10 does not seem to have a discharge mode. Is there another (safe) way to bring my packs down so I charge them in the storage mode? thanks.

Unfortunately the best/most practical way to discharge lipo batteries is fly them. Only the latest higher end chargers have any reasonable amount of discharge capacity (approx 10amp).

The cellpro 10S is an excellent charger however it does not have a discharge mode. As mentioned above, the best way to discharge them is to use them, if nothing else, hover in the garage. When you done, let the batteries get back to room temperature, set your charger on 50% storage mode, plug in the balance adapters and charge them up.

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!
