Just wondering if anybody else has had a problem with the auto bearing in the main gear cracking and slipping in flight? This is the second one thats cracked since 2009.

Never seen that one......in 4 years and 3 airframes. Do you run the driven tail?
BTW I have a few of those if you are in need.

I run the Constant Tail Drive unit in my hawk sport, but also use the stock sprague bearing in the main gear as well- which is included in the hawk mechanics (the one in the picture).

I have been using the CTD unit for several seasons without any problems, but seem to keep blowing the big bearing in the main gear......

It could be from that hyper 50 though.....
But its so cool!

never seen that ether,

but I would think you should use the Hub, the Auto Unit with the Hub will get more power to the Tail in an Auto
