Helo Guys,

Does anyone have experience of that?

Will the 11X work on Vbar with spectrum satellite?

Thanks

Yannick

Yes, same as DX7, 9303, 9503 just run low res mode as per the sticky.

thank you guys,

I fact I ame in the middle of a big decision process...

I have a T14MZ and all my machine have Vbar 5(and I do not plan to change that...) so:
- because the Vbar is doing everything, 99% of the functionality of the T14 is useless.
- I still need the receiver and all the mess associated with it.

I would like to sipmlify everything by putting spectrum satellites on the Vbar to remove the receiver, but then I need another TX.

I think about the 11X because it is new and I believe it is covering more than needed when using a vbar, the other option would be the 12X

What are yout thoughts on that? (Help please)

Yannick

yannik, why not Vbar + Futaba 6108SB SBus, even less cables than with two satellites, plus no need to put them on the outside of the frame.

thank you for your input guys,

Mr Mel, I looked into that option but I am reluctant as the Sbus looks pretty unclear to me and I cannot really find clear explaination of how it works. The spectrum satellites look more natural to me vith Vbar.

On top of that these receivers are pricey when the spectrum satellites are pretty cheap.

decision, decision...

SBus = single cable with digital transmission at 7ms. (not to be mixed with Single Line which was something inbetween using analogue transmission)

I have an 11x but if I was already Futaba I would stay, Freq hopping is better and the satellites are a pain, and the Sbus looks pretty simple and neat.
Heresy I know!!!

There are multiple instances of the wires failing, firmware issues and finding the ideal place to mount them.
I personally have had wires fail and between 4 of us 8 failures.
Definately goop or hot glue the wires.
